Cardiac Surgical ICU RN — Tallahassee, FL. HealthCare Support is seeking a skilled Cardiac Surgical ICU RN for a top-tier opportunity in Tallahassee. Join a healthcare facility recognized for clinical excellence in Orthopedic Surgery, Joint Replacement, Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and Gynecologic Surgery. This role focuses on post-operative cardiac care in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for patients recovering from cardiac surgery (CABG, valve repair/replacement).
• Monitor vital signs and post-operative progress, administer medications, and manage critical interventions.
• Serve as a patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Deliver high-focus, evidence-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license within 90 days).
• 1+ year of hospital experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign on bonus up to $15,000.
• Hourly pay: $29.43 - $43.25.
• Schedule: 3 x 12s with rotating weekends; Nights open.
