Overview

Join Litehouse as a Line Attendant/Production Worker in Danville, VA. Shift: 3rd shift, 11:00pm–7:30am, Monday–Friday. Starting Pay: $18.13/hr. Additional Pay: 2nd shift +$1.50/hr; 3rd/D/C Shift +$3/hr.

What You'll Do

As a Line Attendant, you will assemble containers, efficiently package products using state-of-the-art machinery, and ensure items meet quality standards. You will be hands-on with palletizing, inspections, and software systems that keep operations running smoothly. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting food safety and quality, this role is for you. Overtime and weekend work available.

What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma/GED strongly preferred
  • Ability to be on your feet for the majority of a shift
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Respect for Food Safety policies and reporting of concerns to supervisor
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary
  • Ability to meet scheduled shifts and attendance requirements
