• Ongoing assignment with potential for permanent placement

PATIENT INFORMATION

• Patient Demographics: Adults, Geriatrics (18+ years)
• Patient Volume/Census: 1215 patients per day
• Admissions: Minimal rounding at hospital
• Rounding: Included (minimal)
• Phone Consults: Yes
• Case Mix: Hematology/Oncology (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone therapy, infusions; no BMT, no acute leukemias)

• Office Equipment Available: Standard oncology clinic setup
• Specialty Backup Available: Hospital consult support
• Support Staff Available: Nursing and administrative support
• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental coverage with locums-to-perm opportunity

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes (for consults)
• Temporary Privileges Available: TBD
• Credentialing Timeline: Expedited client committed to 2448 hour turnaround

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Oklahoma medical license required at submission
• Board: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• DEA: Active DEA required
• Certifications: ACLS required, Oklahoma CSR required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty
• Other Qualifications: Must have clean background; proficiency with Mosaiq EMR preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient hematology/oncology care across multiple clinic sites
• Perform hospital consults with minimal rounding responsibilities
• Manage treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy
• Utilize EMR system Mosaiq for documentation and patient management
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure continuity of care
