Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves accurately preparing, handling, and processing outgoing shipments to ensure an efficient workflow. You will also be responsible for managing physical paperwork and company-branded materials while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and Packing: Accurately prepare, sort, and handle shipping paperwork, including invoices, packing slips, and labels
• Inventory: Manage and organize stock within the warehouse
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Quality Checks: Ensure orders are accurate before they are sent out
• Order Fulfillment: Fulfill an order from picking items to packing, labeling, and ensuring proper pickup
• Receiving: Process newly received purchases and mark POs as received and stock supplies in proper areas of the warehouse

Qualifications and Skills

• High attention to detail
• Experience in handling and processing paperwork efficiently
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and record keeping
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Knowledge of ShipStation or other shipping platforms is a plus
• Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or fulfillment is preferred

Compensation

Compensation: $18 - $22.50 Per Hour
