Job Summary

The Investment Management Project Manager will support initiatives across Investment Management and Market Risk, working under the Corporate Function Program Management Office (CFPMO). This role ensures seamless project execution aligned with defined PM standards and contributes to enterprise-wide change management.

You'll be responsible for guiding the planning, execution, and delivery of key investment and risk projects while engaging with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Expertise in investment management and familiarity with securities, derivatives, and market risk are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project sponsors to gather Discovery artifacts (e.g., CBA, Charter, Milestone Plan).
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, scope, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project financials, cost variance, and perform budget forecasting.
  • Conduct risk assessments, maintain Risk & Issue Logs, and manage escalations.
  • Refine RACI matrices, conduct Third-Party Needs Assessments, and perform Key-Person Risk Evaluations.
  • Manage full lifecycle delivery and ensure adherence to all business requirements.
  • Support change control processes and track performance against milestones.
Required Experience
  • 7+ years of project management experience
  • 5+ years leading projects within Investment Management or Capital Markets
  • Proven delivery of complex projects within scope, budget, and time
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Background in Market Risk, Securities, or Derivatives
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
  • Experience in cross-departmental strategic alignment
  • High-impact presentation development and delivery
