Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide security services as part of a team; follow established protocols and chain of command.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid guard card.
• Must have two years or more security experience.
• Must have an updated resume/CV ready to provide (preferably available prior to interview).
• Outstanding personal character, integrity, and professional demeanor.
• Highly motivated with above-average interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of and ability to implement dedicated customer service.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to follow protocol and chain of command.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit; drug and nicotine-free.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment background investigation and random drug tests.
• Must reside within commuting distance to the greater Los Angeles area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Related security experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation is commensurate with related experience.

Schedule

• 8 hour shifts; 40 hours per week; opportunity for overtime.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass the company’s pre-employment screening, including drug screen.
• Must meet applicable state licensing/permit requirements for security work.
