Graphic/Visual Designer – Leadership Communications (Remote, 3 Months with potential for extension)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly talented and strategic Graphic/Visual Designer to create impactful visual communication materials for senior leadership and high-visibility initiatives. This role blends design excellence with storytelling to deliver visually compelling assets that enhance organizational culture, leadership messaging, and external branding.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, creative leads, and executives to develop presentation decks, campaign materials, and multimedia content that shape the organization’s narrative for internal and external forums.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refresh visual collateral that reflects organizational culture and values, including newsletters, orientation decks, and diversity communications.
- Develop original creative content and campaigns for leadership presentations, internal communications, and external channels.
- Create and maintain design templates to ensure brand consistency and streamline production workflows.
- Support large-scale meetings and events through video production and broadcasting deliverables.
- Drive innovation in visual storytelling, ensuring materials align with evolving communication strategies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, tracking deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with creative and communication leads to maintain alignment with brand standards.
- Gather, interpret, and integrate stakeholder feedback into design revisions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or creative media.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail and quality.
- Strong visual storytelling and communication skills, with a sharp design aesthetic.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
