Job Posting – Human Resources Manager for IDS AbbaDox, a healthcare information management as a service provider and leader in cloud-based radiology solutions.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our growing SaaS healthcare organization. In partnership with our Professional Employer Organization (PEO), the HR Manager will serve as the primary internal point of contact for HR, ensuring exceptional employee experience and supporting the organization’s culture and growth.

Hybrid – Aventura, FL | Remote

Full-Time | Reports to CFO

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
• Partner with the PEO to ensure accurate and timely payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
• Maintain HR records, systems, and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Support performance management programs, employee engagement initiatives, and workforce development strategies.
• Draft/update job descriptions and manage postings across multiple job boards.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance workplace culture and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report on HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in recruiting and HR management roles.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in multiple states.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working with a PEO and HRIS systems is strongly preferred.
