Tag Team Services is a fast-growing, multi-service company delivering hospitality staffing, commercial & residential cleaning, and event support services across Western Pennsylvania. We partner with top hotels, event venues, and commercial clients to keep their operations running smoothly. Now we’re ready to grow our team, and we’re looking for a Human Resource Coordinator who’s excited to help us scale and take our people operations to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• 💡 Drive recruitment: find, screen, and onboard amazing talent
• 🗂️ Keep HR records and compliance documentation organized
• 💸 Support payroll by collecting and verifying employee hours
• 📅 Help with scheduling and communication for staffing teams
• 🚀 Assist with HR process development & employee engagement
• ✅ Ensure compliance with state & federal HR regulations

What We’re Looking For

• HR or recruiting experience (hospitality/service industry a plus)
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote role
• Familiarity with HR/payroll systems (e.g., Gusto) a plus
• Professional, trustworthy, and passionate about helping a business grow
