Payrate: $88.00 - $94.50/hr.

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled analyst to manage the day-to-day operations of our support demand planning application. The ideal candidate will provide Level 1 (L1) support, triage support requests, train users on application usage, and collaborate with the application providers to resolve user issues. This role requires an understanding of supply chain systems and processes, as well as the ability to query databases using SQL statements. The Analyst will work with users both in person and remotely making self-starting abilities essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the support demand planning application, ensuring smooth functionality and user satisfaction.
• Provide L1 support and triage support requests to ensure timely resolution of user issues.
• Train users on how to effectively use the application, enhancing their understanding and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the application provider to resolve complex user issues and improve application performance.
• Understand supply chain systems and processes to provide informed support and insights.
• Write SQL statements to query databases, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Work with users both in person and remotely, adapting to different communication styles and needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, information systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in application support or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with a high degree of ambiguity.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with supply chain systems and processes.
• Experience in training and user support.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:$88.00 - $94.50/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
