Role Objectives
- Analyze and optimize business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate on designing and executing Quote to Cash products.
- Monitor effectiveness and adjust for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Drive business process automation for subscription functions.
- Gain cross-functional alignment across various departments.
- Plan and monitor business process changes.
- Analyze complex business problems and collaborate on solutions.
- Test solutions and present findings to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in process analysis, especially in Enterprise Applications like eCommerce, Salesforce, ERP, and Zuora.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, CPQ, Order to Cash, SaaS/Cloud applications.
- Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workplace, MSFT Office, and SFDC CPQ modules.
