Overview
Call Center Representative – Remote after training. Location: Phoenix, AZ. Pay Rate: $16/hour. Duration: 3-month contract to hire. STARTS NOVEMBER 3rd.
What You’ll Do
- As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for callers seeking assistance with transportation services.
- Handle calls and perform administrative tasks including scheduling trips and verifying eligibility for transportation services.
- Process picture IDs and handle customer requests.
- Perform clerical duties such as faxing, data entry, and documentation.
- Support ADA Core Services and other disability-based programs.
- Provide receptionist coverage and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of call center experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable with data entry and administrative support
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Work Environment
- Training: On-site at our Phoenix office for the first 2 weeks
- After Training: Fully remote

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
