Provide Windows desktop support, including installation, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.
Configure, monitor, and diagnose Windows-based networks, including servers, switches, and related equipment.
Perform fiber splicing and copper network installations, ensuring proper connectivity and system reliability.
Support and secure Microsoft 365 cloud services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Implement and monitor cloud and network security best practices.
Install, configure, and maintain access control systems and security cameras.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to plan, execute, and document IT infrastructure projects.
Maintain accurate network diagrams, documentation, and asset inventories.
Respond to system outages, security incidents, and technical issues with a sense of urgency.

Required:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
3+ years of experience in IT/network support or engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and network configuration.
Hands-on experience with fiber splicing and copper cabling installations.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and security features.
Familiarity with access control systems and video surveillance technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred:

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure/365 Administrator).
Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-security environments.
Knowledge of NIST, CMMC, or other compliance frameworks.

Salary: $49,332.00-$74,058.00
