Job Responsibilities:- Provide anesthesia services to patients.
- Administer anesthesia for OB, general surgery, limited ortho, limited urology, plastic surgery, and GI procedures.
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology (REQUIRED)
- Active Illinois License or active IMLC (REQUIRED)
- Experience in anesthesiology (REQUIRED)
- Clean malpractice record with no background issues (REQUIRED)
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Active IL Medical License or IMLC
