Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – Night Shift -

A respected healthcare facility in coastal Maine is seeking a skilled Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join its clinical laboratory team. This full-time night shift position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential diagnostic services to the community.

As a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician , you will:

• Perform diagnostic tests in all areas of the laboratory, including hematology, chemistry, blood bank, microbiology, and more

• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment

• Analyze test results and communicate findings to healthcare providers

• Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards

• Document and maintain accurate records of laboratory procedures and results

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care

• Consistent Night Shift Schedule 32 hours per week across four 8-hour shifts
