Digital Marketing Campaigns Specialist role at Menlo Security Inc. This is a hands-on role managing a variety of digital channels and collaborating with the Demand Generation, Content, and Product Marketing teams. About This Role
The Digital Marketing Campaigns Specialist is a key contributor to digital demand generation. Reporting to the Digital Demand Director, you will manage the day-to-day execution of a wide range of digital marketing campaigns, including webinars and virtual events, content repurposing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid search (SEM), paid social, and account-based marketing (ABM). You will directly influence digital performance by optimizing campaigns and analyzing results to maximize engagement and conversions. Staying current with the latest digital marketing trends, including generative AI, is part of the role to ensure leadership in browser security and cybersecurity positioning. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Own the tactical execution of digital marketing campaigns across SEM, paid social, retargeting, and ABM. Webinars & Virtual Events: Promote and execute webinars and virtual events from setup to post-event follow-up to drive registrations and attendance. Content, SEO & GEO: Repurpose content for digital channels, assist with SEO optimization to improve organic traffic/conversions and support Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and use data to optimize campaigns for improved conversion rates and ROI. GenAI & Innovation: Explore and implement new digital marketing tactics, including using generative AI to optimize campaigns and content. Ensure that Menlo is mentioned in GenAI answers to appropriate questions from cybersecurity practitioners. Skills And Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, focusing on tactical execution in-house or at an agency. Channel Expertise: Proven experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid social channels. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Marketo, and/or Salesforce is a plus. Problem-Solver: Proactive, self-starter who stays current with digital marketing trends and new technologies. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Compensation And Benefits
Base salary range for this role is $62,000 - $108,000, with total compensation and benefits package determined based on experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Eligible for stock-based compensation grants based on company and individual performance. Legal and Hiring Notes
