About the Role We\'re seeking a
Senior Manager, Process Engineering
to drive warehouse capacity, efficiency, and scalability as Weee! continues to grow. This highly technical, hands-on role (80% individual contributor, 20% team development) blends deep warehouse expertise with system-product design to build the foundation for next-generation intelligent, automated fulfillment operations.
You\'ll translate business strategy into scalable system solutions, re-architect warehouse processes, and institutionalize data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
Re-architect warehouse process designs including receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory control, and equipment integration to create scalable, standardized solutions applicable across multiple sites
Bridge operational needs with WMS solutions, elevating tactical SOPs to systemic, cross-functional product solutions
Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities across warehouse operations through systematic process improvements and efficiency gains
Analyze operational and performance data to provide actionable insights that drive warehouse efficiency and inform strategic decision-making
Lead large-scale process and system transitions across multiple facilities, managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder coordination with strong change management discipline
Translate business strategy into system roadmaps and implementation plans, balancing short-term operational needs with long-term infrastructure development
Develop and mentor team members by elevating technical capabilities and institutionalizing best practices in process engineering
Influence and lead cross-functional stakeholders to align project priorities and resources across warehouse operations, systems, and business objectives
Create high-quality documentation, standardized processes, and scalable training materials that enable consistent execution across all locations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
7+ years of process engineering experience, including minimum 3 years in warehouse operations and process design
Proven track record leading cross-functional warehouse or system transformation projects across multiple sites or regions
Deep understanding of warehouse process design and operational execution (receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory control)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Tableau
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Strong project management and change management skills
Excellent documentation and process standardization capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with advanced WMS platforms (Oracle, Manhattan, SAP) including design, configuration, or development
Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP certification
Experience with warehouse automation, robotics systems, or CAD/layout planning tools
Financial acumen including experience with P&L management, ROI analysis, and cost-benefit evaluation for operations or engineering initiatives
Food, grocery, or manufacturing industry experience; familiarity with FDA, OSHA, FSMA standards
Experience with 3PLs, transportation operations, or fleet management
Agile/Scrum methodologies experience

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $143,000 - $168,000
This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
