This leader will be responsible for revenue generation across all mass market products, offers, and campaigns—including monthly giving, one-time donations, seasonal campaigns, and advocacy moments—and will steward the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the U.S. while collaborating globally to accelerate scalable mass engagement. The VP will bring a marketer’s mindset and a revenue leader’s discipline, using data, creativity, and operational excellence to build a world-class supporter experience that fuels long-term impact. Campaigns, Offers & Product Development: Own creation, innovation, and performance of IJM’s mass market fundraising products and seasonal campaigns; lead development and rapid testing of new giving formats, pricing models, and incentive strategies; collaborate with Creative, Brand, and Digital teams to optimize offers for readability and conversion; align campaigns with audience needs balancing inspiration, urgency, and value. Channel Strategy & Global Collaboration: Oversee multichannel engagement across web, email, social, paid media, SMS, and offline channels; collaborate with regional marketing teams to scale mass engagement; contribute to global strategy discussions on donor segmentation, channel integration, and mass engagement innovation; influence campaign alignment across IJM regions for a consistent supporter experience. Data, Performance & Insights: Partner with data and analytics teams to define KPIs, track performance, and build dashboards for real-time reporting; use segmentation and journey analytics to drive performance; lead A/B testing and performance reviews; champion data-informed decision-making across all strategies.
