Head of Patient Services & Marketing Analytics
- a key role in accelerating patient and provider adoption through personalized engagement, smarter marketing investments, and impactful DTC strategies. This leader will bring together data-driven marketing, advanced analytics, and healthcare expertise to optimize the full patient journey and maximize ROI across our portfolio. What You'll Do
Lead analytics and personalization strategies that increase patient conversion and access to care. Build systems to track and attribute the full patient journey—from first impression to treatment. Develop targeted, data-informed remarketing and engagement campaigns. Drive marketing performance through advanced analytics (multi-touch attribution, MMM, LTV, A/B testing). Partner closely with Digital, Finance, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Sales to align insights and execution. Serve as a thought leader shaping company-wide digital, service, and investment strategies. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team. What You Bring
15+ years of relevant experience, with 10+ in analytics, personalization, or patient services within healthcare, medtech, or consumer health. Proven success building data and personalization capabilities that drive measurable growth. Strong command of martech/adtech platforms, CRM, and data integration tools. Excellent communicator and storyteller—able to turn insights into strategy. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability; a player/coach leader. MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
