Overview
Position: Early Learning Center Director Status: Full-Time, Exempt Salary Range: $52,000-$60,000 POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Early Learning Center Director oversees the development and operations of the overall Early Learning Center program, ensuring the program meets its intended goals and state licensing requirements. The Early Learning Center Director will interact on a daily basis with a team of teachers, communicate with parents and families, and create a positive environment through leadership, strong communication, and being a role model. To thrive in this position, you must demonstrate knowledge of early education teaching techniques, growth and development of children, experience in leading others and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
