ETL Developer Responsibilities

Design, optimize, and oversee the development of ETL processes and the reporting data mart for critical client profile and related case management data. Collaborate with LOB architects to finalize ETL architecture, monitor changes in systems of record, and oversee data conversions and migrations. Work with application support teams to ensure monitoring and alerting mechanisms for timely and accurate reporting data. Define and lead the engineering approach for complex features to deliver significant business outcomes, enable development efficiencies, and provide technical thought leadership. Deliver end-to-end solution design and delivery for complex features, including automation, across one or more teams at the program level. Research, prototype, and evaluate new toolsets and components for release management, CI/CD, and feature development. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish high-level solution needs and with architects for technical requirements. Required Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience with the following: Data modeling Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL UNIX/LINUX scripting Autosys, ETL platforms like Informatica Kafka messaging, JDBC CI/CD automation Agile development Troubleshooting Performance tuning Desired Qualifications

Knowledge, or 1-2 years of experience with the following will be a plus: Github Co-pilot Python Skills

US - NJ - Jersey City - 101 Hudson St - 101 Hudson (NJ2101), US - NJ - Pennington - 1300 American Blvd - Hopewell Bldg 3 (NJ2130) Pay range $102,900.00 - $180,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
