The Role:
As the newly created Product Manager focused on downstream marketing, you will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that drive the adoption of our innovative products across spine, orthopedics, and future indications. This role includes:
Developing and implementing effective branding, positioning, and messaging strategies.
Creating compelling collateral materials to support our sales and marketing efforts.
Building relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and educating customers and the sales team about product features and benefits.
Gathering and analyzing commercial data to track portfolio growth and competitive landscape.
Owning both strategic and tactical initiatives for the portfolio, and playing a key role in increasing visibility within the industry.
In this role, your strong presentation skills and executive presence will shine as you interact directly with senior leadership. You will be instrumental in developing marketing programs that have a lasting influence across the organization.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of commercial marketing experience in the medical device industry.
Experience with surgical medical devices is essential; knowledge of spine, orthopedic, or trauma products is a plus.
A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
This position offers a hybrid in-office/work-from-home environment based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and relocation assistance is provided. We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary ranging from $125,000 to $165,000 per year, depending on experience, along with an annual target bonus.
