Overview

Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12-month contract with possible conversion to a permanent position, for a client located in Milwaukee, WI (preferred) or Madison, WI. This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Candidates based in Madison must be willing to commute to Milwaukee once a week at their own expense. The selected individual will work with the IT team aligned with Global Investment Banking, focusing primarily on Salesforce-related projects. The team includes Project Managers, Business Analysts, Salesforce Administrators & Developers, Architects, and QA Analysts. Responsibilities

Elicit and document business requirements using interviews, workflow analysis, workshops, and surveys. Develop business process descriptions, business requirements, use cases, and user stories. Collaborate closely with Salesforce admins, developers, architects, and product owners to define technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance. Evaluate potential solutions against business requirements and financial impact to determine optimal outcomes. Engage with internal and external client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation. Lead and facilitate requirements and data analysis sessions. Support quality assurance efforts by collaborating with QA and project validation teams. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business partners and external vendors, ensuring acceptance criteria are met. Partner with supported business units to define project milestones, requirements, and solutions. Manage small to medium projects, ensuring the right capabilities and scope are defined for success. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years of PM or BA experience. Salesforce experience strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or Finance preferred. Demonstrated success working in agile environments. Strong understanding of data structures, data integration, and data warehousing. Experience writing clear and detailed business requirements, use cases, and user stories. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence and lead without formal authority. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Office 365) preferred. Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Exhibits a continuous improvement mindset. Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle ambiguity effectively.
