JOB DESCRIPTION.
Role – PACS Application Support
Location – Chicago, IL
Hybrid – Min 2 – 3 day/week in office/onsite
Qualifications Strong experience in application support (L1, L2)
Strong experience in DICOM imaging domain
Job Description The primary KTLO resource need will be for Merge PACS with PowerScribe One, Fuji Synapse and PowerScribe 360. This role will focus on troubleshooting ServiceNow incidents and working on requests alongside the SMEs for these applications. Having this coverage will allow the analysts to dedicate their time fully to Project PaSSPort tasks.
Responsibilities
Partnering with me to provide updates to operational stakeholders for these applications.
Working with vendors on migration clean-up (e.g., duplicate studies) and opening cases with application vendors when needed for resolution.
Triaging Imaging Informatics tickets in ServiceNow throughout the day.
Attend team huddles and operational meetings as needed.
