Contract-to-Hire | Data Center & Infrastructure Expansion
What You'll Do
Lead Linux Operations: Own the administration, configuration, and security of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 9) and other Linux systems (Ubuntu, legacy CentOS).
Automate Everything: Drive automation initiatives using Python, PowerShell, and tools like Ansible to streamline patching, hardening, and deployment.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with VMware, EMC, and Pure Storage teams to ensure seamless Linux integration across platforms.
Innovate with Data: Contribute to projects like Grok Stream, leveraging Red Hat for advanced data parsing and analytics.
Modernize Infrastructure: Upgrade legacy systems and implement best practices for scalability and security.
What You Bring
Deep expertise in Red Hat Linux administration
Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or similar automation tools
Experience with security hardening and automated patching
Bonus: Familiarity with Ansible, Ubuntu, and CentOS migrations
