What Youll Do as the Production Planner / Production Scheduler: Build and adjust production schedules to meet customer demand Monitor progress, troubleshoot delays, and optimize resource use Collaborate across procurement, inventory, warehouse, and manufacturing Track key metrics like on-time delivery and production efficiency Maintain ERP/MRP records and manage customer spreadsheets Lead planning meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, and safety standards.
Minimum requirements for this Production Planner / Production Scheduler: At least 2 years in manufacturing and production planning or equivalent educational knowledge Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems preferred knowledge Excellent communication across teams Flexibility to adapt and thrive under pressure Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred) Familiarity with ISO, BRC, Lean, or Six Sigma (preferred).
