Contract Technical Recruiter
for a 90-day engagement to support full-cycle recruiting across our technology and digital functions. This role will work closely with the Principal Technical Recruiter and hiring leaders to execute recruiting strategies, source top talent, and help strengthen IPH’s talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is adept at building strong relationships while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and timelines. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake through offer acceptance—for technical roles. Source, engage, and qualify candidates through creative and data-driven methods. Deliver a strong candidate experience with consistent, transparent communication throughout the hiring process. Advise and coach hiring managers on best-practice interview techniques and evaluation methods. Maintain accurate and organized records in the Workday ATS and other systems as required. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Share timely recruitment updates and metrics with internal stakeholders. Represent IPH’s values and culture as a brand ambassador to candidates and external partners. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (one year of relevant experience may substitute for one year of education) 10+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, including most recent 5 years in information technology sector, and 2 years executive level. Prior experience with Workday ATS Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions with speed and precision Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Proficiency with recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter Adaptable, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a contract capacity. Contract Term:
90 days (with potential for extension based on performance and business needs) Engagement Type:
Independent contractor (1099 or C2C arrangement, depending on circumstances) Schedule:
Full-time hours preferred during standard business days Location:
