Articularis Healthcare Group (AHG) is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Float Certified Medical Assistant for our office located in Simpsonville, SC, with occasional travel to our Spartanburg, SC location as needed.

Your Role:
As a Float Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our providers during patient visits and procedures. You will be integral in managing routine laboratory tests, patient referrals, and ensuring quality outcomes for our patients. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Patient Services Representatives as needed.
A Day in Your Life Might Include:
Welcoming and preparing patients for consultation with healthcare providers.
Monitoring and assisting patients throughout their office visits.
Taking vital signs, recording height, weight, allergies, current medications, and medical histories.
Updating patient charts and managing necessary paperwork.
Cleaning and getting patient rooms, equipment, and tools ready for use.
Documenting care plans, test results, and examinations in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
This Position is Ideal for You If:
You have successfully completed an Accredited National Certification Exam (e.g., AAMA or AMT) to qualify as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
You possess at least one year of applicable Medical Assistant experience.
You have hands-on experience in a clinical setting.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy assisting others both in person and over the phone.
You build rapport easily and feel comfortable engaging with patients.
You remain calm and professional when handling potentially upset patients.
You are experienced with Epic or another EMR system.
