Job Summary Details:
The Receptionist will provide visitors with excellent customer service and any information needed for their visit. Must be available Monday-Friday and must pass ABM and Client background.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience required and on-the-job training provided
• High School diploma required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities:
Answer switchboard, excellent listening skills
Welcome visitors in a professional global office environment
Good typing skills. excellent spelling and grammar skills
Experience in MS Teams, MS Word, Outlook
Adhere to security protocols by managing visitor logs, issuing access badges
Maintain professional and organized reception area
