Responsibilities
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to procedures.
Promote credit and loyalty programs.
Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and store.
Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures; participate in safety and shrink reduction programs.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexible schedule to support business needs.
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes.
Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
Retail customer experience preferred.

Starting pay: $15.00 to $15.50 per hour; actual pay determined by skills and experience.
