Position Purpose

Under the direction of Translational Sciences and Clinical Research Innovation and the Population Health Outcomes Information Exchange (PHOENIX) Investigator, this position provides support to research teams by assisting in the ingestion, structuring, and analysis of research data, contributing to the development of tools that enhance data-driven projects. Responsibilities

Assist in developing research database learning models for research-driven computer vision tasks, to help structure visual scientific data. Assist in organizing and preparing large collections of research information, such as government and scientific articles, by cleaning and formatting the data for storage in databases and enabling advanced search and retrieval capabilities. Assist in the creation and implementation structured databases to convert raw textual research inputs into analysis-ready structured data that supports quantitative and qualitative investigations. Assist in constructing interactive dashboards to present structured research datasets, real-time research healthcare data analytics, and specific sentiment insight data reports. Assist in the transition from external research tools to in-house solutions that improve reproducibility, security, and efficiency in research data capture and storage for analysis. Assist in the development and deployment of research data vision systems to extract metadata. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Master’s degree Discipline : Science/Computer Science Master’s degree required. Graduate degree from an accredited college or university in relevant fields such as law, ethics, public health or basic sciences, social sciences or equivalent experience in the field of research compliance or research regulatory support. Experience:

Experience (minimum 2 years job-related experience). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Ability to work independently. Ability to analyze, summarize and interpret research findings and data in reports and spreadsheets and communicate results. Knowledge of scientific integrity principles. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with others in a collaborative environment. Microsoft Office software skills. Strong skills working with Google Python, IBM Data Science Professional, AWS Cloud Practitioner and Google Cloud Platform with certification preferred.
