What you will do
Proactively identify automation opportunities across a complex technology landscape.
Gather requirements, propose automation solutions, and lead execution/development.
Support digital applications and components to build better operational capabilities (on-call required).
Develop, deploy, maintain and optimize automation tools, scripts, and agents.
Create bespoke solutions/capabilities/tools using Python, SQL, AWS, Streamlit, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio and others.
What you will have
Software Product Design/Architecture: Knowledge of software product design; ability to convert market requirements into the software product design.
Software Development: Knowledge of software development tools and activities; ability to produce software products or systems in line with product requirements.
Software Development Life Cycle: Knowledge of software development life cycle; ability to use a structured methodology for delivering and managing new or enhanced software products to the marketplace.
Software Product Testing: Knowledge of software product testing; ability to design, plan, and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure software product quality and adherence to stated requirements.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Top candidates will have
Extensive experience with software development & scripting, with a focus on solutioning and automation of routine tasks & processes
Experience & passion for supporting production applications, services, components, or cloud infrastructure – data, APIs, services, UI/front-end
Hands-on technical expertise with AWS/Azure, Snowflake, Python/Java, Full-Stack Development or Full-Stack Support
Hands-on technical expertise with RBAC, IAM, entitlements & roles, and access management
Experience with Agile methodology & tooling (Azure DevOps preferred), as well as CI/CD & software development lifecycle

Summary Pay Range $110,520.00 - $179,640.00
