We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler

What You’ll Do
Assemble components into finished products using blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
Follow all safety protocols, including wearing protective gear (steel-toed boots, safety glasses, ear protection).
Use hand tools and torque wrenches to ensure precise assembly.
Inspect parts for damage (scratches, dents, etc.) and verify structural integrity.
Read and interpret manufacturing documents like BOMs, drawings, and CAD files.
Collaborate with your team to solve problems and meet production goals.
Perform visual inspections and troubleshoot errors to maintain high quality standards.
Assemble copper bussing with correct spacing and alignment.
Keep your work area clean and organized.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to root cause analysis.
Communicate job progress and flag any part shortages or issues.
What You Bring
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for long periods.
Familiarity with hand tools and assembly techniques.
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Basic computer skills and ability to read CAD designs.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment & Schedule
Manufacturing floor with exposure to machinery, noise, and temperature changes.
PPE required: steel-toed boots, safety glasses, long pants, and long sleeves or cut-resistant sleeves.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
