Join our dynamic team as a Supply Planning Associate, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring product availability, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate inventory through advanced MRP systems. What You’ll Do

Systems & Inventory Management

Issue purchase orders based on MRP recommendations and customer demand.

Adjust order dates with suppliers to align with changing requirements.

Maintain accurate inventory data in the MRP system.

Monitor open orders to ensure timely delivery.

Support engineering changes with updated purchase orders.

Customer Collaboration

Provide daily updates on supply chain status and priorities.

Communicate and resolve supply issues with internal stakeholders.

Coordinate engineering changes between internal teams and suppliers.

Supplier Management

Maintain and update purchase orders as needed.

Drive supplier performance to ensure continuity of supply.

Negotiate and challenge price increases; escalate when necessary.

Act as the primary contact for suppliers on SICR/Change Order tracking.

Hold suppliers accountable to shipment plans.

What We’re Looking For

Associate or Bachelor degree in business or related discipline

Experience with MRP/ERP systems and supply chain processes.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.75/hr.
