Lead complex network security projects, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of network infrastructure. Design, implement, configure, and enforce security controls on network, hardware, and software components and devices; STIG implementation. Manage enterprise level deployment of Active Directory. Perform vulnerability assessments with the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution tool. Configure Cisco networking devices. Utilize packet analyzer tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues; implement and manage firewalls and IDS/IPS solutions. NexThreat is dedicated to our employees' well-being, growth, and satisfaction. Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Required Certification: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification DoD 8570.01-M in accordance with (IAW) DFARS 252.239-7001 Baseline Certification, minimum IAT Level III. Experience: A combined total of ten (10) years of full-time professional experience in all of the following skillsets/disciplines: Network Security to include the design, implementation, configuration, and enforcement of security controls on network, hardware, and software components and devices; STIG implementation. Experience managing enterprise level deployment of Active Directory. Performing vulnerability assessments with the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution tool. Configuring Cisco networking devices.
