Job description
Project manager for Roofing and Siding. Generate new customer leads and future business through personal marketing in conjunction with support of our marketing team. Excellent communication, punctuality, and attention to detail are required, as well as good problem solving and customer service skills. Must have a high level of estimating & product knowledge in the roofing and siding industry as well as a general knowledge of construction, building codes, and building science. Pay will be based on proof of experience, quality of work, and customer satisfaction.
Salary

Skills
· 5+ years’ experience in construction, more experience is desirable
· Roofing and siding expert
· Specific product installation, knowledge, and applied experience is required
· Sales and presentation experience
· Specific vocational training, acknowledgments, and accomplishments are
· Business and sales experience
· Storm event experience
· Computer skills to include Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Hover, Eagle View, and
Xactimate
· Able to read building plans, develop cost estimates, read and comprehend insurance claim documents
· Strong understanding of residential construction processes
· Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
· Impeccable problem-solving skills
Essential duties and responsibilities
· CRM Software
· QuickBooks estimates and invoicing
· Engage potential clients through inbound inquiries, referrals, and proactive outreach
· Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine roofing and siding needs
· Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly
· Clean driving record
· Oversee the planning and delivery of construction materials to the job site
· Manage and hire subcontractors
· Supervise and/or manage and hire field crews and subcontractor schedules
· Coordinate required inspections and building code compliance
· Communicate with subcontractors and team members regarding new and current projects
· Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all projects
· Ensure timely completion of estimates and control profit margins
· Understand scope of work to bid
· Manage bid pricing from all vendors
· Prepare cost analysis and profit margin reports for the President
· Establish and maintain working relationships with tradesman, vendors and subcontractors
Work Environment
Will work in the office and out in the field organizing the jobs and our crews
