University of Maryland School of Medicine Department of Pediatrics is looking for a full-time Pediatric Endocrinologist at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor determined by experience and qualifications as evaluated by the University of Maryland School of Medicine to expand its Division of Pediatric Endocrinology. The University of Maryland Medical Center is a major academic tertiary care center serving the Baltimore community of the state of Maryland with patients located throughout the mid- Atlantic region. Collaborative team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Dietitians and Administrative Staff who support direct and indirect inpatient and outpatient care, consultations, procedures, teaching of fellows, residents and medical students, clinical research, and quality improvement projects. Subspecialty expertise within the division includes a Pediatric Diabetes Program and Transgender Health Program. Our team is highly skilled in the use of current diabetes management technology and remains at the forefront of new innovations. Strong focus on community outreach and health equity.
