Breast Medical Oncologist
Division of Breast Oncology, Susan F. Smith Center for Women’s Cancers
The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) is recruiting an outstanding medical oncologist to join the Breast Oncology Center, which is a thriving clinical and translational research unit dedicated to the treatment of breast cancer. The focus of this position is a clinician with experience in clinical trials conduct or clinical or/and translational research, and clinical care of patients with breast cancer. The successful candidate is a clinician who will engage in teaching residents and fellows in the clinic and inpatient settings. This candidate is also expected to develop, participate, and lead research projects; and take an active role in the Breast Oncology Center’s clinical activities.
Appointment at the Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor level at Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with academic accomplishment. Candidates must be board-eligible or board-certified in medical oncology.
The position will be based in both the Department of Medical Oncology at DFCI and the Department of Medicine at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and includes collaboration with other institutions affiliated with the Dana-Farber/ Harvard Cancer Center and the Harvard Medical School.
