Our SLPs and Mental Health team members will look to you for guidance, mentorship, and vision. You’ll shape not just individual sessions, but the way care is delivered across the program. Unlike most providers, our centers practice true interdisciplinary care.
BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, neuropsychologists, and mental health providers work side by side, often co-treating, so kids get support that reflects the whole picture of who they are. You’ll grow leaders, not just clinicians.

Lead and grow our SLP team while supporting MH operations. Drive clinical quality, training, and performance standards. Recruit, onboard, and mentor new clinicians. Partner with doctors, teachers, BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and others to deliver interdisciplinary care. Support strategic planning, efficiency, and operational improvements across programs. Build a culture of collaboration, growth, and support. What You Bring
CCC-SLP, licensed and in good standing. 5+ years of experience (pediatrics preferred). 1+ year of leadership/supervisory experience. Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented. Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs.
