Our company, a leading player in the Accounting and Finance industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the financial vision, direction, and leadership of our fast-paced, rapidly growing organization. The CFO will play a critical role in the overall strategic management of the company, serving as a key advisor to the CEO, the Board of Directors, and other senior management on all matters relating to financial strategy, planning, and management. Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, aligning it with the company's overall vision and objectives. Oversee all financial operations, including the company's accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget, expense, income, investment, tax, and all other financial operations necessary for the company. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain an expert understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning. Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders, highlighting key financial indicators, trends, and analysis. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization. Evaluate and advise on the financial impact of introducing new programs/strategies and regulatory actions. Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry. An MBA or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Expert understanding of GAAP, compliance, and corporate finance principles. Proven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), including forecasting and financial management. Strong experience in preparing and presenting financial reports, including monthly reporting to senior management and board of directors. Excellent leadership, strategic planning, organizational, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines. High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to the company's values and mission.
