Sunrun is seeking a People Experience and Communications Strategist to shape meaningful experiences for employees and candidates. The role partners with the People and Employee Experience teams to deliver programs that reflect Sunrun’s culture and values, boost engagement, and bring Sunrun’s RunX experience and our values to life inside and out. Responsibilities
Design and implement strategies to enhance the employee experience. Collaborate with the People Team and business leaders to identify ways to improve key moments in the employee and candidate journey from recruitment to onboarding and beyond. AAmplify Sunrun’s community engagement efforts and partnerships that align with Sunrun’s mission. Collaborate with the People team to deploy onboarding, recognition programs, wellbeing efforts, community engagement, and fostering belonging and inclusion. Act as the go-to project manager for programs, ensuring they run smoothly and meet organizational needs. Market People Team initiatives in partnership with People Team Leaders, including materials (decks, videos, communications such as Board Deck, SheRun, People All Hands, etc.). Work with the Employee Experience team to craft RunX-branded campaigns that integrate into People programs and keep RunX at the core of Sunrun’s communications. Strategize and develop internal and external communications to share updates and inspire engagement aligned with Sunrun values (to employees and externally via LinkedIn and social media). Be a trusted advisor to EX and People leadership and teams, ensuring alignment of employee and candidate experience strategies with company goals. Continue to enhance collaboration across People, EX, and other Sunrun teams to integrate employee experience into everyday activities. Help demonstrate to employees and candidates that Sunrun values and engages them, creating experiences that leave a lasting impact. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in employee experience, HR strategy, internal communications, or program management. Proven expertise in branding or marketing internal programs and communications. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on storytelling and engagement. Experience with data analysis and using metrics to drive decisions and improve outcomes. Proficiency in HRIS systems, engagement platforms, and communication tools. In-person engagement with teams in San Francisco or Lehi, with travel ~25% of the time. Details
