Mytra
We’re creating an entirely new way to solve the most ubiquitous problem in industry - moving and storing material. We’re applying robotics and distributed software to create a new class of product for this $1T market. We’re focused on the supply chain industry first. The industry is in a massive bind with the continued growth of e-commerce, sharp rise in costs, and supply chain disruptions. What has been a “sleepy” industry for decades is now at the epicenter of sustaining the global economy.
Senior Product Manager Mytra’s Product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic development of the centerpiece of our next‑generation warehouse automation platform: the robot itself. This role is perfect for a product leader who wants to work at the intersection of cutting‑edge robotics, AI software, and hardware systems.
The Ideal Candidate
You’re comfortable with robotics, and have experience with bringing complex hardware‑software integrated products to market.
You are excited about working on an immature project, growing together, and shaping the future of the company.
Uncertainty isn’t scary, and you’re willing to realize mistakes and pivot.
You’re familiar with manufacturing and supply chain considerations for physical products
You can convey complex ideas and technical concepts to a diverse audience.
Openness, inquisitiveness, and constant ambition are important values.
You have some knowledge of warehouse operations or logistics workflows.
Responsibilities
Define product strategy and vision by leveraging market data and customer insights.
Drive product development and execution through cross functional collaboration, alignment with internal and external stakeholders and clearly defined goals.
Collaborate with engineering to balance hardware constraints with software capabilities and customer requirements.
Leverage data and analytics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvements.
Drive competitive analysis and positioning against traditional automation and emerging robotics solutions
Ensure products meet industrial standards for safety, reliability, and performance in warehouse environments
Coordinate with operations teams on manufacturing scalability, supply chain optimization, and quality assurance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of experience in product management or related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to bring clear and structured results from ambiguous situations
Familiarity with project management tools and practices
Exceptional stakeholder management abilities across engineering, sales, operations, and customer teams
Strong analytical and data‑driven decision making capabilities
A Final Note You’re encouraged to apply even if you can’t take on every example project in its totality. We work closely and collaboratively at Mytra - No one takes on projects alone. We seek people who are eager to work together, learn new things, and bring unique perspectives.
Benefits include
Competitive compensation + equity grants at a high growth company backed by top tier VCs
Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), commuter benefits, and pet insurance
Lively modern combined office and lab space where we rapidly iterate through design, build and test phases
Lunch and snacks provided in the office; we eat and share stories together at the “long” table
Flexible hours and flexible PTO
