Store Manager Job at CPR Cell Phone Repair Amityville, NY The store manager acts as the store’s team leader. You are responsible for the day to day operations of the store. As the store manager, you should feel comfortable delegating tasks and playing off of your teammates strengths. It is your responsibility to identify patterns and recurring issues in the front and back end of the business. You should have (at least) a basic understanding of all aspects of your business.

Responsibilities

Delegate work to keep the team busy and oversee all related duties

Order parts and supplies

Oversee overall store operations and management of employees

Open and close the store when needed

Maintain store appearance with emphasis on the retail area

Oversee workflow of devices for repair

Schedule the entire staff, including technicians, office manager, and sales staff

Stay current on industry trends

Sales development and maintaining relationships with carrier employees

Handle all customer service issues

Maintain store filing system

Participate in job interviews

Handle RMA’s

Respond to estimate requests from emails

Update Facebook and other social media

Payroll responsibilities

Keep employees productive
