The Shop Manager is responsible for the daily leadership, safety, and financial performance of their assigned shop. This role includes oversight of Shop Technicians, workload scheduling, inventory coordination, and facility safety. The Shop Manager ensures repairs, maintenance, and overhauls are completed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with customer expectations and company standards. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** Ensure work quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements and internal standards.
Other duties as may be assigned. **Education & Certifications****Work Experience** 7+ years of progressive experience in natural gas compression. **Skills & Abilities** Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust resources dynamically. Solid knowledge of work order systems, repair processes, and basic cost controls. Requires moving and maintaining self in different positions—stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
