Marshall Reddick is a fast-paced, rapidly changing full-service residential real estate firm with three distinct lines of business, including real estate brokerage, property management and private lending. We operate across multiple locations including FL, TN and TX; our private lending team is housed at our corporate home office in Newport Beach, CA. Founded in 1979, with the private lending division added in 2010, Marshall Reddick is committed to our mission—become the bridge connecting each client to financial independence through real estate. Our private lending team originates first-lien, non-owner-occupied, business-purpose loans for residential real estate investor borrowers. Backed by our internally managed debt fund, we lend directly from our own balance sheet, so our guidelines are ours to apply. This provides a competitive edge—common sense, no red tape, collateral-based underwriting and fast funding. We seek to say yes when others say no. We work with single-family homes and small multi-family assets (including 5-20 unit apartments). We also specialize in non-recourse financing for the self-directed retirement account borrower. We do not lend against mixed-use, office, medical, retail or industrial properties. The Opportunity

We are looking for an in-office, professional, knowledgeable and motivated loan officer/account executive with a prior record of success to join our team. This is primarily an inside sales role, but travel to real estate-related conferences and events is encouraged. As a loan officer/account executive with Marshall Reddick, you’ll become an expert and sell our entire suite of business-purpose loan products, including residential transition, bridge and ground-up new construction. While we primarily originate short and mid-term loans (3-60 months), we have resources and relationships to broker long-term loans, both DSCR (through a wholesale lender) and Non-Recourse (through a bank lender). We will provide warm incoming borrower leads, but the goal is to build your own book of business through prospecting and networking. Your success is our success, and we’ll strive to provide the resources and support needed, including in-house underwriting, quick loan approval, timely construction draw management and superior customer service. This is NOT a remote position and will require the selected person to work out of our Newport Beach office. What We Offer

Show up and consistently give 100%—every single day Outbound calls, generate leads and take loan applications Educate borrowers about our loan products, provide loan quotes and pre-approval letters Gather basic borrower documentation, stay as liaison between client and underwriting Seek out and build relationships with loan brokers, wholesalers and other referral partners Daily follow up with leads/relationships—phone, text, email—input all activity into the CRM Attend training sessions, team meetings and professional development opportunities Stay organized and manage a pipeline of 10–15 loans at all times Take ownership of sales/production, consistently originating

$3MM+ in volume monthly What Qualifies You

2+ years of experience in private money, business-purpose lending Charismatic, proven ability to

source and close borrowers, and deals Strong

sales and communication skills , confidence in speaking and educating High attention to detail with a sense of urgency to manage timelines/deadlines effectively Familiarity with
