We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven **Senior Manager of Channel Marketing** to lead from our Santa Monica or San Francisco office. This senior leader will oversee a team and manage large-scale programs to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth across owned and off platform channels. The ideal candidate is both a visionary leader and a hands-on expert in channel marketing, inclusive of paid, web, social, and CRM.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Product, Growth, and Data Science & Insights teams to grow Snap’s business across the world.

Strong understanding of marketing attribution, customer segmentation, and conversion rate optimization* Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude), and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, DSPs)* Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and pixel/tag management tools* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, metrics-driven approach* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills* Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and stakeholders* Experience in regional or global marketing roles* Marketing experience at a digital platform, app, or media companyIn the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
