What You'll Do
Help scale a platform used by families, educators, and operators across the country
Build user-friendly experiences across web and mobile for learning, coordination, and communication
Collaborate with a small, high-caliber team to shape roadmap and deliver end-to-end features
Stay hands-on while contributing to architecture and core infrastructure
What you’ll need
Experience:
5+ years in software development, ideally with startup experience
Experience working across both frontend and backend systems
Proven ability to ship user-facing features quickly and cleanly
Technical Skills:
Strong product sensibility and attention to user experience
Ability to work with modern mobile (Kotlin, Swift), backend and frontend frameworks (Rails, Stimulus, Tailwind or similar)
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Bonus: experience building platforms for operationally intensive businesses
Soft Skills:
Clear communication and bias for action
Mission-driven mindset and comfort with ambiguity
A team-first approach
