What You'll Do
Help scale a platform used by families, educators, and operators across the country
Build user-friendly experiences across web and mobile for learning, coordination, and communication
Collaborate with a small, high-caliber team to shape roadmap and deliver end-to-end features
Stay hands‑on while contributing to architecture and core infrastructure
What you’ll need
Experience: 5+ years in software development, ideally with startup experience
Experience working across both frontend and backend systems
Proven ability to ship user‑facing features quickly and cleanly
Technical Skills
Strong product sensibility and attention to user experience
Ability to work with modern mobile (Kotlin, Swift), backend and frontend frameworks (Rails, Stimulus, Tailwind or similar)
Comfort working in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments
Bonus: experience building platforms for operationally intensive businesses
Soft Skills
Clear communication and bias for action
Mission‑driven mindset and comfort with ambiguity
A team‑first approach
