We are searching for an Experienced Experiential Entertainment Operations Supervisor to join the Ginger Companies family at our Flagship Venue in the heart of Brooklyn. Kick Axe THROWING is the most exciting thing to hit the country and we want you to be part of our team! As a Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to the customer, ensuring that every guest has a wonderful experience. You should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Manage and oversee the entire venue operation Deliver exceptional guest services Ensure guest satisfaction Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints Organize and supervise shifts Manage, lead, and develop staff Train and evaluate staff performance Manage labor, food cost, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory Manage restaurant supplies Control costs and minimize waste Create and nurture a positive working environment Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity, sales, and food quality Job Requirements
Must have weekend availability (THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION, WITH POTENTIAL GROWTH TO FULL TIME) 3-5+ years of experience as a Bar/Restaurant Supervisor, Manager or similar role 3-5+ years of experience in customer service management Extensive food and beverage knowledge Computer literacy Very detail oriented Familiarity with restaurant management software Experience in event coordinating Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills Good financial management skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Team player Adapt to change Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Culinary school diploma, BS degree in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience Complete our short application today!
