What You’ll Be Doing At Autism Care Partners

The Clinical Director is responsible for directing day-to-day operations of an ACP center-based program, supervising the team of center-based BCBAs, and carrying a caseload of clients to meet billing expectations based on the number of direct reports. The Clinical Director will monitor all assigned teams within the center-based program (BCBAs, BTs/RBTs, and interdisciplinary services providers), provide support, and track progress to ensure high-quality, evidence-based treatment delivery. They oversee the quality of clinical care, training, and implementation of treatment programs and behavior intervention plans. The Clinical Director is responsible for both clinical and operations oversight for the center Program. Maintain adjusted billing and clinical caseload based on number of direct reports. Work collaboratively with SLP and/or OT clinicians. Provide consistent individual and/or group meetings to staff BCBAs. Complete 8 hours of BCBA Supervisor Training and provide supervision to BCBA mentees if needed. Supervise center Family Liaison, supporting scheduling and parent communication. Collaborate with the Center Training team to facilitate center clinical and non-clinical trainings. Ensure staff are trained in best-practice procedures based on behavior analysis principles and job duties. Ensure (R)BTs receive quality supervision. Review center analytics with AVP to maintain a financially stable center. Conduct performance reviews for site staff; performance management up to termination recommendations. Develop performance improvement plans and other interventions with AVP of Service Delivery. Review and sign incident reports; review, edit, and approve treatment and behavior support plans; modify instructional programs as needed. Ensure timely submission of treatment plan renewals and assess skill acquisition and generalization across contexts, people, and materials. Support positive team and center morale; maintain regular and predictable attendance at the center. Complete clinical documentation and billing via EHR in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements; Adhere to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts. Education And Experience

Education: Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis (Degree in ABA preferred). BCBA required. Licensure: State Behavior Analyst licensure required. Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA, with at least 2 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism; experience with behavior intervention plan development and programming for autism. Supervise Staff: Yes Physical Demands

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to assume and maintain various postures to attend to active children. Must be willing to use quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan. Additional Requirements
