In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.We are seeking a **Senior Director, Operations** who will lead global manufacturing operations for the Industrial Business Unit (EII), driving standardized processes, performance excellence, and profitable growth across a multi-site network. This executive will be responsible for operational strategy, continuous improvement, and the integration of newly acquired businesses into a unified operating system. The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader capable of building high-performing global teams, optimizing manufacturing performance, and ensuring consistent execution of Lean, safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards worldwide.**Key Responsibilities*** Provide strategic and operational leadership for multiple manufacturing sites across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia.* Establish standardized processes, KPIs, and governance mechanisms to ensure alignment, accountability, and performance consistency.* Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory metrics to meet or exceed business targets.* Lead manufacturing consolidation initiatives to optimize capacity utilization, footprint efficiency, and cost structure.* Oversee integration of acquired facilities and operations to align systems, processes, and culture within the Littelfuse operating model.* Develop and execute operational strategies that enhance profitability, productivity, and working capital performance.* Partner with functional leaders in Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to strengthen operational capabilities and support growth initiatives.* Identify and lead productivity, automation, and technology-driven initiatives that improve efficiency and margin performance.* Champion a global Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) culture through deployment of standardized tools and practices such as PDCA, 5-Why, Kaizen, and Daily Management.* Ensure all facilities progress along a defined Lean maturity path with measurable improvement objectives.* Build operational readiness and discipline around new product introductions and technology transfers.* Ensure seamless transition between Engineering and Operations during industrialization, validation, and production ramp-up.* Drive consistent global launch processes that accelerate commercialization while maintaining quality and cost objectives.* Build and lead a top-tier global operations leadership team capable of executing both strategic and tactical priorities.* Develop strong succession plans, technical depth, and leadership capability across all sites.* Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture grounded in integrity, teamwork, and accountability.* Partner closely with HR to enhance engagement, inclusion, and retention of key operations talent.**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.* 20+ years of manufacturing and operations experience, including 7+ years in multi-site or global leadership roles.* Demonstrated success driving operational standardization, Lean transformation, and continuous improvement across diverse geographies.* Proven experience leading manufacturing consolidation and post-acquisition integration programs.* Strong financial and operational acumen with a record of improving operating income, cost structure, and working capital efficiency.* Experience launching new products, starting up new facilities, and managing complex global programs.* Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills; capable of influencing across multiple functions and cultures.* Willingness to travel globally (approximately 30–40%).Littelfuse is an equal opportunity employer committed to empowering every associate to make a difference — everywhere, every day.#LI-IAVR[](blob:https://littelfuse.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/d392896d-7367-4e2d-bbde-c9beee087bc9)0:00 / 4:25 #J-18808-Ljbffr
